Why a Parent Conference?
Parenting is one of the most significant callings God gives—and one of the most challenging. Whether you’re raising babies, navigating the teenage years, or walking with adult children, the responsibility of shaping faith never goes away.
God calls His people to tell the next generation about His works and faithfulness—so that they would put their confidence in Him and continue the story of faith (Psalm 78:1–7).

Breakout Sessions
Choose from a wide range of breakout sessions designed to meet parents where they are—addressing faith formation, cultural pressures, mental health, technology, family rhythms, and gospel-centered discipleship in the home.
- Sports and Faith in Today’s Culture
How can we as parents help our students live out their faith while playing sports? How do we as parents model for them our faith when today’s sports culture squeezes us? Does the Bible really expect us to live out our faith as athletes and fans? We will look at what the Bible has for us when it comes to our faith and love for sports. -Terry Knecht and Jay Fowler, FCA Chattanooga - Growing in Marriage as the Kids are Growing
The demands of parenting—from school and sports to work deadlines—can make it difficult to prioritize your marriage. You are not alone if you can find it challenging to connect with your spouse during these busy years. In this session, “Growing in your Marriage while the Kids are Growing,” we will discuss the importance of continuing to invest in your marriage connection and share practical ways to maintain a healthy marriage while navigating the busy years of parenting. -Chase and Jess Acuña, Standing Stone Ministries - Tools for Tough Days: Helping Your Child Through Depression and Anxiety
In this session, parents will learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of anxiety and depression in children and teens and better understand what their child may be experiencing. Participants will gain practical, easy-to-use coping tools they can reinforce at home, along with effective communication strategies that build trust and strengthen connection. Guidance on when and how to seek professional support will also be provided. -Sammie Moore, Licensed professional counselor in the states of PA, FL, and SC. - Parenting Adult Children
If you’re a parent, you know the journey doesn’t end at eighteen. In many ways, parenting adult children can feel more complex than ever. This session will offer encouragement, wisdom, and practical guidance for navigating this new season with grace, healthy boundaries, and enduring connection. -Mickey Rector, Mile Straight Baptist, Family Pastor - Sex: 100 One-Minute Conversations (Not One 100-Minute Talk)
Sex is one way our body tells God’s story in and through his people. Parents will learn how to impart to their children the wondrous story of life-giving sexuality God designed. If we don’t offer them a story of meaning, they will go looking on their own. -Patrick Oellerich, Licensed Professional Counselor, McCallie School & Elbow Tree Christian Counseling - Family Discipleship Made Simple
You want to lead your kids spiritually, but cultural pressure and busy schedules can make it feel overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to be complicated. In this breakout, Hunter shares a simple, practical framework for discipling your kids in everyday life. You’ll leave with clear rhythms and ready-to-use tools to help build lasting faith in your home. -Hunter Williams, Author & Speaker, New Growth Press & Children’s Pastor, Ridgedale Baptist - Creating Tech-Savvy Parents
No issue affects the family like technology. The typical child will spend seven years of their life just looking at social media! Parents feel anxiety from what they can’t control, grieve the content their kids are exposed to and fear what they do not know. Parents are grasping at straws to understand how to navigate this digital playground, create reasonable accountability, and set realistic boundaries with screens. You will leave with practical steps to give to parents of every age so they can win at leading their families. -Brian Housman, Author & Speaker, 360Family - More sessions announced later!
