Zach Wyatt: Director
Zach has served as the director of Youth Leader Collective since 2016 where he is active in connecting, coaching and caring for youth leaders. His passion is to encourage leaders and create spaces for them to be in community and authentic relationships. Prior to serving with YLCo, he served in student ministry for 16 years. He is a certified Enneagram Coach and loves to apply the gospel to the tool of the Enneagram as he helps leaders discover who God made them to be. He and his wife, April, have been married since 2003 and have two sons, Noah and Eli. They live in Chattanooga, TN.
Michael Savadge: North Georgia Director
Michael Savadge serves the North Georgia Director for the Youth Leader Collective and is the Associate Pastor at First Baptist Chuch in Chickamauga, Georgia, where he has served since 2012. Prior to his time in Chickamauga, Michael served at churches in Wichita, Kansas and Harrison, Arkansas. During his 21 years of ministry, God has given Michael a passion for healthy student ministry leaders and healthy student ministries. This has led him to mentor student pastors through PACT Ministries for almost a decade.
Michael has been married to Krista for 21 years and they have four children: Madisyn (18), Callie (16), Camden (14), and Leah (9).
