Our passion is for every youth leader to be connected and equipped in the essentials of effective youth ministry so that the next generation can see and savor the greatness of God. We also are committed to sowing into those who are investing in them so that you can experience this greatness in your life, too.
If you are looking to grow in your own life and ministry, we would like to come alongside you in a one-on-one coaching relationship to help.
We have several trained and certified PACT coaches in our region who are ready to come alongside and serve youth pastors at no cost.
Enneagram Coaching
The Enneagram is an incredible tool for understanding who we are and how God has made us.
When learned and used properly, it can also become an amazing resource that allows you to show more grace and compassion to yourself and others.
Unlike most personality typing systems (DISC, Myers-Briggs, StrengthsFinder, Kolbe, Birkman, etc.), the Enneagram focuses not on your behaviors, but on your motivations. Rather than describing what you do, it uncovers why you do it.
The nine types all have different core motivations that drive them, and no one type is better or worse than the other. They’re just different. And learning that there are eight other ways of viewing and being in the world can change everything for you and your relationships.
While the Enneagram can provide lots of great information and tools for observation, I believe only the gospel provides transformation.

How much does Enneagram Coaching Cost?
As a ministry to churches, ministries and non-profits in our region, we offer the team coaching workshop at no cost! A great option for church staff, youth ministry team, church volunteer team, corporate teams and other team based organizations.
In a team workshop you will learn how to:
- Understand your own type and your impact on other people
- Understand your core motivations- Why you do what you do
- Become more skillful at balancing criticism with appreciation
- How to understand one another and work better within your team
- Find what works best with different types for giving critical feedback
- Understand the strengths and blind spots of your personality type in making decisions
