What is a Leadership Cohort?
The Leadership Cohort exists to help youth leaders flourish in their faith, life, and ministry through intentional coaching, meaningful community, and practical leadership development—equipping them for a lifetime of faithful ministry.
The Leadership Cohort consists of 3 retreats, 5 all-day Friday intensives and a closing celebration dinner. The total cost is $1,800, which includes the cost of everything, except a few books. Your payment can be broken up over the year into four quarterly payments if you prefer.
Primary Themes
1) Faith
Healthy ministry begins with a healthy soul. We will focus on your relationship with God through spiritual practices, soul care, and tools to better understand your calling and giftedness.
2) Life
Your personal life shapes your leadership. Whether you are single or married, we will explore how to build a healthy life outside of ministry, navigate relationships well, and pursue balance so you can flourish both personally and relationally.
3) Ministry
Develop the skills needed for effective, long-term ministry, including a biblical philosophy of student ministry, discipleship strategies, mission and vision, outreach, parent engagement, and navigating conflict and disappointment.

The Leadership Cohort consists of 3 retreats, 4 all-day intensives, the Southeast Youth Leaders Conference and summer breakfasts/lunches. The total cost is $1,800 per person, plus travel and a few books. Your payment can be broken up over the year if you prefer.

Our retreats all focus on the 3 legs of Faith, Life and Ministry, particularly focusing on our personal walk with God and personal life.
