Terms of Service
Effective date: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of youthleadercollective.com and your interactions with the online services offered by Youth Leader Collective, a ministry of One Hundred Years (“Youth Leader Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These services include website content, resources, contact forms, event and program registrations, coaching and cohort inquiries, donations, email communications, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Additional terms, waivers, registration conditions, or policies may apply to a particular event, retreat, program, transaction, or third-party service. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms will control for that activity.
1. Eligibility and Appropriate Use
You may use the Services only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a church, ministry, organization, or another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or misleading purposes.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or information.
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, spam, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, organization, registration information, or payment information.
- Copy, scrape, republish, sell, or exploit website content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
- Use automated tools to access the website in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Services.
2. Faith-Based Ministry
Youth Leader Collective is a Christian ministry. Our programs, events, coaching, cohorts, resources, and communications may include prayer, Scripture, Christian teaching, worship, spiritual formation, and discussion of faith, life, family, and ministry. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge the faith-based nature of our activities.
3. Ministry Resources and Coaching Disclaimer
Content and services offered through Youth Leader Collective are intended for ministry education, encouragement, leadership development, and spiritual formation. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental-health treatment, licensed counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional services.
No relationship with Youth Leader Collective, its staff, volunteers, speakers, coaches, or ministry partners creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or other licensed professional relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. You are responsible for deciding whether to seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
We do not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, relational, ministry, financial, or professional outcome from using our resources or participating in a program.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
We seek to foster respectful and trustworthy ministry environments, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group gatherings, cohorts, retreats, events, email, online forms, video calls, or communications handled by third-party services. Please use care when sharing sensitive personal information. Participants are expected to respect one another’s privacy, but Youth Leader Collective cannot control or guarantee the conduct of every participant.
We may disclose information when required by law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect a person from serious harm, report suspected abuse, protect legal rights or safety, or address fraud, security threats, or misuse of the Services.
5. Information You Submit
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. If you register a spouse, guest, table attendee, or other person, you represent that you have permission to provide that person’s information and to register on that person’s behalf.
You retain ownership of messages and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, nonexclusive right to use, store, reproduce, and share that content only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, process a transaction, administer a program or event, protect the Services, or fulfill the purpose for which you submitted it.
6. Events, Retreats, Cohorts, and Programs
Dates, locations, schedules, speakers, activities, accommodations, meals, and other program details may change. We may postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel an event or program when reasonably necessary because of weather, safety concerns, low enrollment, speaker availability, venue issues, circumstances beyond our control, or ministry needs.
Any event-specific registration terms, cancellation policy, refund policy, code of conduct, release, or liability waiver provided during registration is incorporated into these Terms. Refund and cancellation requests will be handled under the terms disclosed for the applicable event or program and as required by law. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, Youth Leader Collective is not responsible for travel, lodging, lost wages, or other expenses incurred because of a schedule change, postponement, or cancellation.
You are responsible for determining whether you can safely participate in an event or activity and for disclosing relevant accessibility needs or dietary restrictions when requested. Although we may communicate dietary information to a venue or provider, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the absence of cross-contact.
We may deny admission to or remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, threatening, or inconsistent with applicable program rules. Whether a refund is available in that situation will depend on the applicable registration terms and circumstances.
7. Fees and Payments
Prices, payment schedules, included items, and other program details will be stated on the applicable registration page, invoice, or written agreement. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts you approve.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes or fees that lawfully apply. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the related registration or service after providing any notice required by law.
8. Donations and Recurring Gifts
Donations are voluntary and will be used to support Youth Leader Collective, One Hundred Years, and their charitable and ministry purposes, subject to any restrictions we expressly accept. A statement that describes a ministry need or fundraising goal does not create a trust or contractual obligation unless we expressly agree in writing to restrict the gift.
If you authorize a recurring gift, you authorize our payment processor to charge the selected amount at the stated interval until the recurring gift is canceled. You may request cancellation by following any instructions included with your receipt or by contacting hello@youthleadercollective.com. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for a cancellation request to be processed before the next scheduled charge.
Completed donations are generally final, but we will review requests involving duplicate charges, processing errors, unauthorized transactions, or other exceptional circumstances. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right required by law.
We may provide a donation acknowledgment or receipt when appropriate. We do not provide tax advice and do not guarantee that any payment or donation is deductible. Please consult a qualified tax adviser regarding your circumstances.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio, downloads, curriculum, trademarks, and website design—are owned by or licensed to Youth Leader Collective, One Hundred Years, or their respective content providers and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for personal, church, or internal ministry purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, remove attribution from, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law or where a resource expressly grants broader permission.
Names, logos, ministry marks, and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may use or link to third-party websites, payment processors, registration tools, video platforms, social-media services, venues, speakers, partner ministries, and other providers. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, or actions. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
A link, embedded item, speaker listing, or reference to another organization does not necessarily mean that Youth Leader Collective endorses every statement, product, service, or practice of that third party.
11. Website Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the website or any content will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, secure, or free from errors or harmful components. We may correct errors and update content without notice.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Youth Leader Collective and One Hundred Years disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and availability.
We do not warrant or guarantee the statements, teaching, advice, availability, or conduct of any speaker, coach, participant, volunteer, venue, ministry partner, or third-party provider.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youth Leader Collective, One Hundred Years, and their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, speakers, coaches, ministry partners, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Youth Leader Collective and One Hundred Years for a claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Youth Leader Collective for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Youth Leader Collective, One Hundred Years, and their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or improper use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Hamilton County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You and Youth Leader Collective consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created a security or safety risk, failed to make an authorized payment, or used the Services unlawfully or improperly. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of an organizational restructuring, merger, or transfer of operations.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable event- or program-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Youth Leader Collective regarding the Services covered by them.
